The QA-TEMP is a temperature to Modbus RTU converter with a 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, and relay output. The QA-TEMP accepts inputs from Thermocouples, RTD, Resistance, and Potentiometers. It also has a built-in Datalogger that can record the temperature every second.
The input, output, power supply, and Modbus RTU port are galvanically isolated from each other at 1.5 kV. The thermocouples that can be accepted are J, K, R, S, T, B, E, and N-type. The RTD's that can be measured are Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, and Ni100, with the option of 2, 3, or 4 wire. It will also read 1 Kohm and 10 Kohm potentiometers and resistance up to 4 Kohm.
The QA-TEMP can be set up with the Modbus RS485 port or the USB on the front of the Instrument with the software downloadable from the www.qeedusa.com website.
The QA-Temp can measure mV from various thermocouples such as J, K, R, S, T, B, E, and N. Linearize the signal and convert to a Modbus RTU digital output.
The QA-Temp can convert the resistance measure across a PT100, Pt500, Pt1000, and a NI100 platinum temperature sensors.
The QA-Temp can measure mV from various thermocouples such as J, K, R, S, T, B, E, and N. Linearize the signal and convert to a Modbus RTU digital output.
The QA-Temp is able to convert the resistance measure across a PT100, Pt500, Pt1000 and a NI100 platinum temperature sensors.
The QA-Temp has a 4 - 20 mA output that can be driven by a change to a modbus register.
The QA-Temp has a 0 - 10 Volt output and can be driven by the Modbus RTU input.
The QA-Temp is able to log the temperature from the Thermocouples and the RTD inputs. It is log to a micro USB drive.
The QA-Temp has a Potentiometer input and can log to the micro thumb drive. The QA-Temp is settable with the FACILE QA-TEMP software.
The QA-Temp can measure resistance from 400 ohm to 4000 ohm and the QA-Temp can log the resistance to a micro USB thumb drive.
The QA-Temp is also equipped with a limit Alarm or trip amplifier. The relay's output is programmable to react to the temperature measured by any temperature sensor such as Thermocouples, RTD's, Potentiometers, or resistance.
The QA-TEMP can be used as a Signal Conditioner and provide a 4-20mA or 0-10V output, which is equal to the linearized input. The QA-TEMP can also provide a high or low-level alarm. With the aid of a micro USB thumb drive, it can also store the temperature from various sensors such as K type thermocouples, J type thermocouples, R type thermocouples, S type thermocouples, T type thermocouples, B type thermocouples, E type thermocouples, and N type thermocouples. Also, RTD's such as Pt100 2 , 3 and 4 Wire, Pt1000 2, 3 and 4 Wire, Pt500 2, 3 and 4 Wire, Ni00 2, 3 and 4 Wire, and resistance 2, 3 and 4 Wire, and Potentiometers.
The QA-TEMP can be a Modbus RTU to analog output unit and drive a 4-20mA output or 0-10V output.
