The QI-300-V-485 from Qeed is a versatile AC and DC ModBus current transformer featuring Modbus RS485 and 0-10 Vdc outputs. This device offers selectable current ranges of 0 to 150 Amps and 0 to 300 Amps, powered by a 12 to 30 Vdc power supply. It ensures safety and reliability with an isolation of up to 3000V between input and output.
The QI-300-V-485 accurately measures AC True RMS and DC currents with bipolar directionality. It can display key metrics such as Maximum Current Value, Minimum Current Value, and Amps Used on its registers. The RMS current values are available as a signed 16-bit integer, a 32-bit floating-point number, and a swapped 32-bit floating-point number. Additionally, Amp-hours Min/Max values can be reset.
The transformer is user-configurable with DIP switches or free software available on our website, allowing adjustments to Baud rate, address, measuring range, and AC/DC settings. It supports easy installation on DIN rail or with screws.
This QI-300-V-485 is particularly valuable for solar panel applications and battery charging networks because of its bipolar current measurement capability.
